I had reached UAE from
Nepal for foreign employment, when I reached there I came to know there is
another worst game is playing to take more money from foreign employee i.e.
worst middleman are taking much unnecessary money from us. In fact UAE ministry
of labor's rules was free Visa and Ticket if somebody wants to go UAE for
employment that mean Nepalese people supposed to get free visa and ticket but Manpower
agency of Nepal catching illegal middleman in foreign country. Expenses on
import of foreign employee is near about $100 but manpower agency are taking
near about $1700 from each and paying like $900 to middle man and some present to
Employer Company. As so a Nepalese Cheating another Nepalese, government and
lows of foreign country are also unable to punish Company of their country because
of worst middle man focus labor to make signature on document including labor
contract which are always explaining i.e. Labor doesn’t pay any fee of Visa
ticket and other related fees to come there for employment. As so on the
combination of manpower agency and middleman are cheating people.
