Sample of Company's Structure Explanation

  2. Accounting Policy at Company :-

     Outside of structure of employee to account , there should remember some small point to build of    accounting system such as Company should apply modern accounting method for Financial account   & Cost account; Depreciation for furniture, equipment and LIFO method for stock. All  accountant have to directly deal with Chairman i.e chairman need to approve miscellaneous expenses for every department of company. Manager and other staff, Accountant  need to be terminate and bear all loss if any financial activities without permission of Chairman of Company.

 3. Business Communication (BC) :-

     If Company wants to be international level than English is much Better for official Language then second official language could be according of area and Nation as well. Staff must have knowledge of Body language and sign etc for proper communication which can improve business well. We do not have to forget that BC is the blood of Business.

 4. Meeting & Get together :- 

     Meeting and Get together of staff are important for company further planning and strategy as well it is chances of motivating employee, different types of get together technique like arrangement of company party, tour program, trekking, game , and other similar program really can make happy to staff.
     Meeting can held for collection of important suggestion , comment, employee new problems and suggestion, this type of meeting have to arrange every month at every branch and every three month after in Head Branch. Staff Meeting have to arrange at branch with Branch Manager and head office with General Supervisor. If every workers or staff can attain meeting if they need to talk about anything problems.
    Conclusion of meeting should submit to reception of every branch then receptionist of every branch will send mail to General Manager of every branch and forward to Chairman, Operation Manager.

5. Chief Accountant of Main Branch:- 

     Chief accountant of  main branch is as Financial Manager and Supervisor for all accountant and cashiers. His link should not establish with manager for financial solution i.e link just with Company Chairman.

6. Human Resource Manager (HRM) :-

    HRM is responsible for supply worker to all sector with requirement, every branch manager can consult with him about manpower. HR manager have authorize of  take any person as employee and termination of employee, post promotion according to abilities and qualification, Supervision of performance of employee. HR department also need to take approval finally from chairman  for employee take in and out in Company and their Branch.

 7. General Manager (GM) :-
  
    GM need to look everything of company; like as operation department, marketing department, facilities department and managers of these department, Everyone can go his office if they have general problems and those problems which is other manager didn't solve or give response.

 8. Executive Secretaries/ General Supervisor :-

    He/ She will provide supervise services secretly i.e every employee will don't know. What is everybody know should be ex-secretaries or in other post. Secretaries role itself is keep secret of the matter and handover it to chairman.
