Bank Should Prefer Agriculture Loan to Whom?

Now days we usually see in the world i.e. such poor country have fertile land & much natural resources but still they are poor. Some of them only forming for survive themselves only. They are not forming as timely requirement. Because Agriculture is not being modernise then they can't improve their economy strongest in fact they have fertile land.
      Scientist and other most knowledgeable people are going day by day to developed country for work because they don't have opportunities of economy development for them in poor countries and those developed country doesn't have fertile land, population of world is increasing day by day, in this situation much problems can arise in the world in future of food. Of course Modernise Agriculture practice from those poor countries can solve this problems at all.

In fact  poor country's government can't help properly to agriculture for modernise, in this situation if Bankers start to think about investment to agriculture it will be very easy to develop agriculture. If those poor farmers will get money for investment then they will start farming economically which will give them experience, they will start research and try to find how they will improve business and earning more and that will automatically develop agriculture. If agriculture develop in such poor country then it will help to solve food crises problems of world in near future & it will help to create solution of unemployment problems in those countries, people will be economically strong in their position, country will get GDP more.
      Bankers no need to worry about their Investment too because if have fertile land and they are investing to real Farmer it will of course will give benefit to them, just bank need to make proper policy of invest, Bankers need to make easy instalment of payment from Farmer then it will encourage farmer to more investment. Now everybody need to think about next generation, it will be 'Best For Humanity'. What is best for today is give chances to them who have fertile land and interested to establish through farming but don't have sufficient money for Investment.
